bought the game... what now? - Guild Wars Forums

Yesterday ive downloaded the game client from the site www.guildwars.com
Ive now bought the game at the shop, but do i have to put in a cd key somewhere or something? of do i have to install the cd's to play the game? Because my dvd player cant read the cd's halfway the installation.

No you don't need the CD to play. Just run the downloaded client and put in your CD key when you setup your account.

People are still able to play on pre-order keys. I'm still playing and haven't got the option to change it to retail yet.

my retail was input before the 27th early event

log in and click edit account for the key option
